Exercise Therapy
This is a regimen of physical activities to improve the way the body functions. It focuses on moving different parts of the body to increase mobility and release pain. If you are looking for any of the following this is the right choice for you.
- Do you seek relief from meniscus tears, herniated disc, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tears and much more?
- Are you an athlete who wants to optimize your performance and increase your athletic potential?
- Do you seek one on one, in person, instruction for all things related to exercise?
- Do you want to strengthen to avoid surgery?
- Do you need body comprehensive rehab?
We will teach you the proper form when exercising. We will coach you through choices in weights and exercise selection that fit your body and its limits. We will change the limits that you have and increase your function, strength, and range of motion.
Training here, you will have the peace of mind you are lifting correctly. You will gain an education about your body mechanics and how to move “your” body for increased health in many aspects of life.
You might believe that if you are injured or out of shape you shouldn’t exercise. We are here to prove that wrong. We know the human body was meant to move for YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. The less you move the weaker you get and if you don’t move you break.
You can come in injured, confused, weak or deconditioned. Those are all limits we work with and those are limits we help you lift.
All exercise and exercise therapy packages start with a consultation.
Consultations:
- Just you and I: We will go over injury, body position, discomfort/pain and what you can and cannot do.
- We will make a plan that fits your body, your goals, and improves your health. From there we can discuss which plan is right for you
Exercise Therapy Packages
I will instruct you through your exercises and make corrections or change exercises depending on your ability. Your program will grow with you. You will master exercises and learn what you need to further the healing process. This is knowledge you will take with you.

Just The Coaching
Exercise Coaching (moved out of Therapy and now are looking) for the Strength Training Cardiovascular type work that makes you better at everything “life”?
These are 45 min to one-hour sessions. You will get a complete dynamic warm up to get the body prepared for exercise and to prevent injury. Then the bulk of the time spent doing the exercises in the main lift, strength, or conditioning day exercises.

Fitness Program Design for You By “The Gym at Bayfield”
Do you want a program to take with you to a gym or workout at home but would like the expertise of someone planning everything for you and your body. This can be helpful if you are wanting to see progress and you are tired of a routine that is lack-luster or one that keeps you just barely “feeling it”.
This will include all exercise instruction for warmups, strength or cardio workouts, and cool downs.
